Bring Bee Like Jesus Books to Your School

There is something special about getting to take our books beyond the bookshelf and into a room full of children.

Morgan Williams, author, and Megan Koch, illustrator, offer engaging school visits designed to help children discover how a book is created, experience the story together, and see what can happen when we use the gifts God has given us.

More Than Story Time

For our younger readers, a visit may include a reading of Jesus Loves You, He Told Me So!, a simple craft or coloring activity, and a closer look at the handmade paper illustrations from the book.

With older students, we can go behind the scenes of creating a book. We share our original paper artwork, talk about writing and illustrating, show students books we created when we were their age, and answer questions about turning an idea into a published book.

A Message We Love Sharing

One of our favorite parts of every visit is sharing the story behind Bee Like Jesus Books.

Neither of us felt completely equipped for this.

Our story reminds us of people throughout the Bible like Moses, Abraham, and David. God has always used ordinary people who were willing to trust Him, even when they did not feel ready.

We remind students that God has given each of them unique gifts too.

They may not know yet exactly how those gifts will be used, and that is okay. Sometimes we simply have to be willing to let God use what He has already placed inside of us.

And when all those pieces come together in a way you never could have planned yourself?

We call that a God thing.

Bee Like Jesus Books is ours.

Bee His Love

Our mission is to help children know the love of Jesus so they can bee the love of Jesus. We believe that means showing His love through our actions too.

That is why 10% of all books preordered through each school visit is given back to the school to use however they see fit.

Whether it helps support students, classrooms, programs, or another need within the school, it is one small way we can put our mission into action and BEE His love wherever we go.

Visits Designed for Your Students

Every school is different, so we are happy to work with you to create a visit that fits your students, schedule, and space.

Visits are typically about 20 to 40 minutes per group, depending on age and activities. For schools with a wider age range, we can divide students into smaller groups and tailor the experience for preschool, elementary, and older students.

Families can also preorder personally signed copies of Jesus Loves You, He Told Me So! before our visit. We bring the signed books with us so students can receive their own special copy on the day we visit.
